Happy 2010!

Do you all make resolutions? I don’t really like the mindset of waiting for a specific date to start making changes in your life (ie. diet starts Monday) but I do think it is a great way to think about what you want to get out of the year! I broke my goals into different groups – Mind, Body, Soul, Future & Money. Then in each grouping I have specific, measurable goals.

Instead of saying “lose 20 pounds” – focus on something like “moving for 60 minutes 3x/week”.

It also might help to have some rewards for your goals – don’t forget to check in with your goals on a monthly/weekly/daily basis – whatever you need to do!
