This is a dip that I know you will love! It is creamy, fluffy and will take you back to summer. Remember our Fiesta Party this last summer?
Not only is this dip delicious, but it is full of protein and good fats – key components for weight-management and weight-loss. The protein will keep you feeling full and the good fat from the avocado will leave you satisfied. Enjoy!
Avocado-Cumin Yogurt Dip
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 cup greek yogurt*
- 1 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of hot sauce if desired
Combine all ingredients. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies or pita chips. It would also be delicious on some chili! (Doesn’t keep very well in the fridge, so it’s best to eat it in a day or two)
* If you can’t find Greek Yogurt just use plain yogurt
