Coordination is defined as the harmonious functioning of muscles or groups of muscles in the execution of movements.  The “just right” approach to conditioning at Camp Endeavor improves coordination through specific sport, recreation and fitness activities where they are approached on a regular and targeted manner.  As movement becomes more fluid and efficient in campers they attempt more challenging patterns extending the coordination acquisition process. This subsequent increase in movement helps with short term weight loss, long term weight management and the pure enjoyment of being active.
