roasted edamame

Roasted edamame is just the snack you have been waiting for. Salty, satisfying and so delicious. What is edamame you ask? Well, it is a soybean that happens to be full of protein and fiber – the two nutrients that help us feel full! So snack up, I promise you’ll like them!

Roasted Edamame

  • 2 cups frozen Organic edamame (not in shell)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • garlic salt & red pepper flakes

Pre-heat oven to 400° F. Toss edamame with olive oil and seasonings in a pie pan. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Increase time if you want them crunchier.
