commercial break movement

If you have trouble fitting in movement to your busy day, try getting some in at the commercial breaks of your favorite tv show.  Remember our circuits that we do at camp during gym time? This is similar.

During each commercial break do one of the following for the entire duration. Repeat 3-4 times.

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Sit-ups
  • Squats
  • Modified Push-up
  • Jump rope (just pretend)
  • lunges
