PB & Banana Milkshake

Smoothie recipe from Mitch! This one really does taste like a milkshake. Try it out!

Peanut Butter & Banana Milkshake – 1 serving

  • 8 oz skim or vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Blend until smooth.  * Add 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup if desired
